Petitioner Habib moved application
through his counsel that his brother namely Wai S/O Ahmad is convict prisoner
in case FIR No.000/00 U/S 337D PPC P.S. (City)
and detained in District Jail (city) and his real father namely Ahmad
S/O Din has been died on 18.03.0000 and his brother said convict prisoner want
to see his deceased father with the jail premises so permission may kindly be
granted on humanitarian ground.
Arguments heard.
Copy of death certificate of
deceased father of petitioner is annexed with the petition so Superintendent
District Jail (city) is directed to get arrangement to show dead body of
deceased to convict prisoner within jail premises in accordance with law.
