                   The petitioner has moved an application for seeking permission to submit bail bonds on the ground that offence under section 13/20/65 A.O is bailable in nature.
2.                Petitioner heard. Record perused.
3.                Perusal of record reveals that the accused petitioner has been sent up to Judicial Lock Up on 22.12.0000 but while sending him to Judicial Lock Up the accused was not granted post arrest bail. The offence under section 13/20/65 A.O is bailable in nature. In such like cases grant of bail is a rule and refusal is an exception

4.                In view of the above, accused/petitioner is hereby granted bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of rupees 30,000/- along with one surety h in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. This order be annexed with the police report u/s 173 Cr.P.C. when the same is submitted.
