                The above mentioned accused in case FIR No.00/0000 of the calendar for 0000, has been convicted before me ((name), Magistrate Section-30, (City)) of the offence of U/S 13/XX/65 Arms Ordinance, 1965 and has been sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for two months along with fine Rs.500/-.

2.                     In case of default of payment of fine, the defaulter/convict shall undergo simple imprisonment for fifteen days S.I. The convict shall have the benefit of Sec.382-B Cr.P.C.

3.       This is to authorize and require you, the said Superintendent to receive the said convict ( name and full residential address) into your custody in the said jail, together with this warrant, and there carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
