SUBJECT:-   INTIMATION REGARDING CREATION OF EQUITABLE MORTGAGE FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECURING OF THE REPAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT OF RS.13,500,000/- WITH REGARD TO PROPERTY OWNED BY  (NAME).

  Dear Sir,

                   With reference to the subject noted above we have to address you as under:-

1.     That M/S. ABC, has availed the banking facility / finance against the mortgage of land / property measuring into 0-Kanal 0-Marlas 00-Sq.Feet Salam Ahata No.00/0, Khewat No.000/000, Khatouni No.000, situated at Chak No.00/00 Tehsil & District (name).

2.     That the above persons have executed the Equitable Mortgage in favour of the Bank.

It is, therefore requested that entry for Rs.13,600,000/- out of which a sum of Rs.100,000/- secured through Registered Mortgage and a sum of Rs.13,500,000/-is being secured this Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds be ordered to be made in the revenue record with regard to the properties detailed above which has been mortgaged by the aforesaid persons in favour of the Bank.
