INJURIES AND CAUSE OF DEATH (POST MORTEM REPORT)

Ideas are basically law material in order to assist the court of law to arrive/determine at just conclusion. However, contents would help the viewers/counsel for the accused/defense counsel/Jury/judge/general public to make up briefs to prepare your case/prosecution (as the case may be). May it would not be a part of conclusive piece of evidence in the court of law. It may apply in the light of enforced law of the land/enactment/promulgation at your own responsibility/consequences. I would try to furnish ideas like such based on case laws/pleadings/petitions/court orders with certain deletions just to promote ideas and concepts etc.

OPINION
Death was occurred in this case due to Hemorrhagic shock caused by injury No.1 inflicted by firearms which was ante mortem and was sufficient to cause death in ordinary course of nature. Injury No.2 was also ante mortem and was caused by blunt means. Probable time that was elapsed between injury and death was within few minutes and between death and post mortem was within 12 to 24 hours.
