POST MORTEM REPORT

(DURING PROSECUTION EVIDENCE)

Dr. (NAME OF THE DOCTOR), as PW-01 (prosecution witness-001) stated that on 00.00.0000 (date), at presenting dead body of (NAME AND PARENTAGE OF THE DEAD BODY) having age about 65 years, identified by (NAME OF THE IDENTIFIER) and his observation was as under:-

INJURIES.

1-A A firearm wound of entry 1x1cm in size with inverted and abraded margins on front of left chest 4cm from midline and 8cm from left nipple.

Injury No. 1-B.

Injury No.2. were also found.

OPINION

Death was occurred in this case due to Hemorrhagic shock caused by injury No.1 inflicted by firearms which was ante mortem and was sufficient to cause death in ordinary course of nature. Injury No.2 was also ante mortem and was caused by blunt means. Probable time that was elapsed between injury and death was within few minutes and between death and post mortem was within 12 to 20 hours.
