Bibi, (name of the victim) when she was collecting wood, after removing her Shalwar (trouser) attempted to commit sexual assault with her. Thus you have committed an offence punishable U/S.376/PPC, read with section 511/PPC, which are within the cognizance of this court.

                AND, I hereby direct that you accused be tried by this court on the aforesaid charge.
