FRACTURE:-
                   Left clavicle was fractured.
Opinion.
In my opinion the cause of death in this case was hemorrhage and shock which were caused by injuries No.1 and 2. These injuries were grievous in nature and anti-mortem. These injuries were caused by fire-arm. The probable time between injury and death was five to six minutes while between death and post-mortem was within 7 to 8 hours about.
After conducting post-mortem a well stitched dead body along with last worn clothes, police papers, carbon copy of post-mortem report and a sealed bottle contained seven pallets was handed-over to POLICE CONSTABLE.
Ex-PD is the correct carbon copy of post-mortem report and Ex-PD/1 and Ex-PD/2 is the pictorial diagrams showing the seats of injuries which are in my hand writing and bears my signatures and stamp. I also endorsed injury statement Ex-PE and inquest report Ex-PF.
