DECISION AGAINST ILLEGAL HARASSMENT

Present        Rana Advocate for petitioner.

                  

                   Through the instant petition under section 22-A/22-B of Cr.P.C.  petitioner ABC who is an accused in case FIR No.  u/s 506 PPC Police Station lodged at the instance of respondent No.2 alleges that the police is harassing him on the instigation of respondent No.2.

                   I have heard the arguments and perused the record.

          As per police comments, none of the parties to case FIR No.shall be harassed illegally.  The petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No.1 SHO Police Station  to ensure that the aforesaid case FIR No. IS interrogated strictly in accordance with law. File be consigned to the record room after its due completion.
