INITIATION OF JUDICIAL INQUIRY

JUDICIAL INQUIRY REPORT IN CASE FIR NO.00/00, OFFENCE U/S 324, 353, 186, 34 PPC, & 13/20/65 AO

                   It is submitted that Judicial Officer  pleased to entrust the judicial inquiry of under section 324, 353, 186, 34 PPC and 13/20/65 of AO,   The POLICE (name of the city) requested your honour for the judicial inquiry in the above titled case which was registered with the allegations that the police got the information about snatching of motor cycle from one   ( accused ) After receiving the information, he proceeded towards the (place of occurrence). In the meantime, he saw three motor-cyclists, on two motor cycles. On seeing the police party, they turned towards the road and started indiscriminate firing, at police. The police  introduced himself, loudly. He ordered the accused to surrender but they continued the firing. The police also retaliated it, in self defence. The cross firing remained there for 15-20 minutes. After the cross firing, accused identified as an proclaimed offender, was found injured. He succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital. The other accused persons managed their escape. The police ceased pistol, bullets, cell phone, cash and motor cycle from the place of occurrence.

3.                The complainant side moved an application to your JUDICIAL OFFICER  with the allegations that said accused  was murdered. AND judicial inquiry was initiated.
