1.      To transfer/sale without any my further consent my share ___________( if any)  measuring ____________________________________Khewat No._________________ Khatouni No.__________________________________ situated in ______________________ (city) (exact specification of property as per revenue record or title documents.

2.      The said Attorney is also authorized to prosecute and defend any suit, or any other proceedings that may be filed in respect of above mentioned property.

3.      To apply and obtain necessary documents, record or certified true copies if required from revenue and all other offices.

4.      To compromise, compound or withdraw cases and to refer cases to arbitration.

5.      To obtain refund of stamp duty or repayment of court fees.

6.      And for the purpose aforesaid or any of them to appoint and remove at his pleasure any substitute for or agent under him in respect of all or any of the matters aforesaid upon such terms as the Attorney shall think fit.
