Present;-    Learned counsel for the plaintiff namely (Name) Advocate.

                   Learned counsel for the defendant (Name) Advocate.

                   Parties in person.

                   Today the case was fixed for pre-trial reconciliation proceedings.

2.                      Plaintiff ( LADY) while appearing before the court got recorded her statement to the effect that she has developed severe hatred against the defendant and she cannot live with the defendant within the limits prescribed by Allah Almighty.

3.                      On the other hand, the defendant (HUSBAND) stated before the court that he intends to reconcile the matter; hence, appropriate orders may kindly be made in this regard.

4.          Keeping in view the above mentioned circumstances reconciliation proceedings are hereby declared fail and suit of the plaintiff for dissolution of marriage is decreed on the basis of khulla under section 10 (iv) of Muslim Family Law Act, 1964. Plaintiff was directed to pay the dower amount Rs.2000/- to the defendant received by her, same has been paid and received by the defendant at the spot. Decree sheet be drawn and copy of this order be sent to the concerned Union Council for further proceeding in accordance with law. File be consigned to the record room after its due completion.
