It was held in Zahoor Ahmad & five Others Versus State & three others PLD 2007 Lahore 231 that cases of dispute over possession of immovable properties between co-sharers, between persons buying for possession on the basis of revenue record or cases with a background on ongoing proceedings dispute over a relevant do not fall under provisions of Illegal Dispossession Act.
