                   Brief facts as alleged in the FIR lodged at the instance of complainant Inspector (Environment) Department City are that petitioner/accused Qayum has auto workshop in City Market Bustand City Area. That on 0000.0000 a survey of his auto workshop was made and water was found in tyres and plastic scrap in that workshop which might cause DENGUE VIRUS.

2.                I have heard the arguments and perused the record.

3.                The alleged offences are bailable.  The person of petitioner is not required for any recovery. Therefore, by granting   petition ad-interim pre arrest bail already granted to the petitioner is confirmed  subject to furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned  learned  Special Magistrate within seven days from today. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned court. File be consigned to the record room after its due completion.
