                   From the divergent pleadings of the parties, following issues are hereby framed:-

ISSUES:-

1.                Whether the actual father name of plaintiff is Muhammad Ali Ahmad and that is incorrectly mentioned as Muhammad Ali in the educational record issued by the defendants and as such she is entitled for declaratory decree with consequential relief as prayed for? OPP

2.                Whether the plaintiff has no cause of action to file this suit? OPD

3.                Whether this court lacks jurisdiction in the subject matter? OPD

4.                Whether the plaintiff has come in the court with unclean hands and estoped to suit? OPD

5.                Whether the suit of plaintiff is false and frivolous and is liable to be dismissed with special costs? OPD

6.                Relief?

                   List of witnesses and certificate of readiness to produce evidence be submitted within seven days.  Now to come up for evidence of the plaintiff for 02.01.0000.
