                   This order will dispose off the above titled PRE ARREST BAIL PETITION in the above noted case.

2.                It is alleged in the FIR that on 00.00.0000 (DATE), the petitioner who is consumer of electric company was stealing electricity by directly contacting  wire to main cable of Wapda.

3.                I have heard the arguments and perused the record.

4.                 The offence is one wherein punishable of fine only is also possible. Any previous record of petitioner is not shown.  Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown the original paid detection bill which is returned to him after its perusal, copy whereof is annexed with the petition. It shows that petitioner paid the detection bill in the sum of Rs.12500/- on 00.00.0000. Any useful purpose shall not be served by the arrest of the petitioner. The petition is granted and  ad-interim pre arrest bail already granted to the petitioner is confirmed subject to furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Magistrate within seven days from today. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned court.  File be consigned to the record room after its due completion.
