Through this power of attorney the principal authorize the said attorney to engage or appoint any legal practitioner, advocate in connection with the conduct / proceedings or completion of all the formalities and court proceedings till appellant court in captioned cases. 

The said attorney is empowered / authorized to do the following acts, and deeds on behalf of the executants: -

1.            To represent us before above said court.

2.            To sign and verify the power of attorney.

3.            To defend the said suit.

4.            To file affidavit in the court to give the statement / evidence on my behalf in the said cases.

5.            To sign, verify and file the pleadings and all other relevant documents etc in connection with the subject matter of the said cases.

6.            To sign and file any application, appeal or revision or review before the said courts of law and before any other superior courts.

7.            To produce summon or receive back documentary evidence, documents.

8.            Generally to do all other lawful acts necessary for the conduct of the said cases and I/We hereby agree that all acts, proceedings and things lawfully done by my said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me and I/We undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for us by virtue of the power hereby given.
