(hereinafter called the Bank /Leasing Company) of the one part.)

AND

            Whereas (borrower/customer)  _______________________S/o ______________________R/o (City), was granted the finance facility of Rs._______________/- by the (Bank/Leasing Co./financial Institution), as security for the repayment of the said dues, the above said Mortgagor(s) mortgaged his property  in favour of the (Bank/Leasing Co./financial Institution). The Mortgagor(s) has/ have repaid all the dues of the (Bank/Leasing Co./financial Institution), adjusted the account and is entitled to the Re-conveyance of the property mortgaged by the Mortgagor(s) through Mortgage Deed No.____________ dated _____________ registered with Sub Registrar ______________ District_________________.

 

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH

1.                   That (customer/borrower, in consideration of paying off the dues of (Bank/Leasing Co./financial Institution) and the said (Bank/Leasing Co./financial Institution) doth hereby transfer, re-conveyance unto the Mortgagor(s) at that property mentioned above and more particularly described in the schedule hereunder mortgaged with it the rights, title and interest transferred to it.

2.                  That hereafter the said property stand released from the charge and encumbrances created in favour of (Bank/Leasing Co./financial Institution) and the rights transferred to the (Bank/Leasing Co./financial Institution)are hereby re-conveyed to the said Mortgagor(s).

SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY

All those pieces and Parcels of land with present and future constructions thereon bearing Property (FULL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY) Tehsil ______________District _________________ as per Jamabandi (title document) for the year 0000-0000, together with all constructions fixtures, fittings, installations thereon or thereafter.
