                    It is alleged in the petition that respondent No.1  Station House Officer, PS (Name) (City) is harassing the petitioner on instigation of respondent No.2 his father in law.

                    I have heard the arguments and perused the record.

          As per comments submitted by local police neither the  petitioner was summoned and nor any application or case is found against the petitioner in the police station. The petition is disposed off with direction to respondent Station House Officer, PS  (Name)  and  (City)   to ensure  that any illegal harassment is not caused to the petitioner. Copy of this order be sent to respondent No.1 (Station House Officer). File be consigned to the record room after its due completion.
