Officer with Child.
I/O has
requested for entrusting the custody of child having the age of 08/11 months
who have been left by un-known women at the house of the complainant to the
Child Protection Bureau.
Record has
been perused.
The child
is in the custody of the complainant namely------------- who have produced her
in the court. As the whereabouts of the parents of the child is not known and
it is necessary for the proper care and attention of the child to send it in a
proper place so that no loss or damage could cause to the child. In this view
of the matter, the application in hand is accepted and a direction is hereby
give to the incharge Child Protection Bureau to receive the child and kept her
in proper custody as per prescribed rules. I/o is also directed to investigate
the matter in accordance with law.
