                   Through the instant petition under section 22-A/22-B of Cr.P.C.  petitioner ________________ who is complainant of case FIR No. 0000 dated ______________ under section 365-B PPC Police Station _________________, (City)  seeks addition of section 376 PPC to the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted as per facts of the case offence under section 376 PPC attracts to the case. Reliance was placed on 2012 P.Cr.L.J. 1493 (Lahore).
